Itinerary :

**Exact boat schedule & time will be determined based on weather & sea conditions, and informed one day before arrival/departure

Boat schedule (One trip per day):

• Merang Jetty to Island : 8.00am - 10.30am
• Island to Merang Jetty : 8.00am - 10.30am

***Any other arrangement of boat transfer out of our schedule will be charged accordingly.

Important:

• Arrival by any coach or flight after 8.30 am and returning by any coach or flight before 12.30 noon is NOT advisable.

Terms & Conditions :

• The rates above quoted based on per person per package basis.
• Minimum 2 adult in a room. If 1 Adult + 1 Child in a room means child need to pay adult rate.
• All guests will be required to bring their own masks and to be worn properly before and during boarding our vans, buses or boats, including during registration and check-in. Guests without a mask will be denied boarding on our vehicles or boats.
• Child rates chargeable between 4 to 11 years old (Based on Birth date).
• Infant between 1 to 3 years old is charge RM100/Per Infant - sharing bed with parents.
• FOC for the infant age below 1 year old.
• The management accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• Myeho reserve the right to alter,modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice and without any compensation
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• Price are subjected to changes without prior notice.
• STRICTLY non refundable or non transferable for any un-used portion of the package.
• Any cancellation/no show after the full pre-payment / Full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour.
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and based on first come first serve basis
• Transportation Arrangement(BUS/VAN/Flight/CAR):MYEHO accepts no liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services and unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. 

****Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Pelangi Resort ) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.****

• Please be advised that the transfer KT – Merang land transfer and Merang – Redang boat transfer is approximately 1 hour each trip

**GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.Ensure that they are healthy

2.Bring their own face mask especially for the journey on the boat and/or bus

3.Install the MySejahteraApp as recommended by the government

4.Continue to practice safe hygiene especially washing of hands

5.Practice social distancing
