Boat schedule (First Come First Serve) :

• Taman Tamadun Islam Jetty  to Resort : 9.30am & 12.00noon (Boat Journey takes 1 hour 45 Minutes)
• Resort to Taman Tamadun Islam Jetty  : 9.00am & 11.30am  (Boat Journey takes 1 hour 45 Minutes)

***Any other arrangement of boat transfer out of our schedule will be charged accordingly.

Important:

• Arrival by any coach or flight after 8.30 am and returning by any coach or flight before 12.30 noon is NOT advisable.
• Please be at the jetty1 hour before the boat's departure and have all your boarding passes ready.

Terms & Conditions :

• A rack rate will be applicable during peak occupancy periods
• The rates above quoted based on per person per package basis.
• Room based on per adult, example : 2 Adult 1 child refer twin room rate.
• Child rates chargeable between 3 to 11 years old.
• Toddler 1 - 2 years old RM 25 for boat trasfer charges
• FOC for infant 0 - 11 months old (sharing room with parents).
• Maximum occupants per room - 6 persons (Deluxe & Sea View room) with maximum 2 mattresses.
• Superior Room - maximum 3 person.
• Guests are responsible for bearing any additional costs besides those stated in the package, and no credit facilities will be given. 
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and based on first come first serve basis
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• Full payment is required 60 days prior to the arrival date for booking during the school holidays and super peak day.
• MYEHO reserves the right to inform any last-minute closed-out dates by giving prior notice. 
• No amendment or cancellation after payment received.
• Any amendment or postponement made 30days before arrival date is allowed
• Any amendment or postponement made within 30days before arrival date will not be entertained.
• Booking made during school holidays and super peak day, any amendment or postponement made 60days before arrival date is allowed.

• If the package or room rate of your new travelling date is higher than your original travelling date, you will be charged the difference.
• Myeho reserve the right to alter,modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice and without any compensation
• All rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
• No refund or price reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gear or any services not utilized
• Any cancellation/no show, after the full pre-payment/full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour without compensation.
• The management accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• Check in time is 3.00pm ; Check out time is 11.00am.
• Transportation Arrangement(BUS/VAN/Flight/CAR):MYEHO accepts no liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services and unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. 

****Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Laguna Resort) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.****

**GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.Ensure that they are healthy

2.Bring their own mask especially for the journey on the boat and bus

3.Install the MySejahteraApp as recommended by the government

4.Continue to practice safe hygiene especially washing of hands

5.Practice social distancing
