Boat Schedule (Merang Terminal)

• From Merang Jetty : TBA.
• From Island : TBA . 

**Arrival by any coach or flight after 8.30 am and returning by any coach or flight before 12.30 noon is NOT advisable.

Important Notes :

• Please be punctual for snorkeling trip and boat transfer to mainland during check out. Latecomers will not be entertained and are responsible for their own arrangement. Any missed snorkeling trip will not be replaced.
• An request for late check out departure is subjected to  prior arrangement and room availability.
• Please report and be at the reception not less than 1 hour before ferry departure.

Terms & Conditions :

• Price based on per pax per package.
• All guests will be required to bring their own masks and to be worn properly before and during boarding our vans, buses or boats, including during registration and check-in. Guests without a mask will be denied boarding on our vehicles or boats.
• Infant 1-3 Years - RM90 per Infant (not provide baby coat/bed)
• Child rate chargeable between 4 - 11 years old (based on year of birth).
• Package rate are subject to 6% SST
• Single supplement add RM 100 per night on twin sharing.
• Room based on per adult, example : 2 Adult 1 child refer twin room rate
• The management accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• All rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
• Any unutilized meals, snorkeling trips or owned arrangement boat transfers are not refundable.
• Lost of equipment will be charged accordingly.
• Room Check In or Check Out will follow the ferry schedule (to be advice)
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• No REFUND for NO SHOW / CANCELLATION.
• Any cancellation after the full pre-payment / Full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour.
• Kindly advice ALL the Participant’s Details (Full Name, NRIC/Passport, Age, Nationality) when the booking confirmed (Payment/Deposit Received).
• Transportation Arrangement(BUS/VAN/Flight/CAR):MYEHO accepts no liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services and unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. 
• Date amendment & Reduce number of person will be charged penalty RM 50 / Per Person
• Any change in date should be done 14 days before the current check in date or else deposit will be burned.

****Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Holiday Beach Villa Resort ) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.****

**GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.Ensure that they are healthy

2.Bring their own mask especially for the journey on the boat and bus

3.Install the MySejahteraApp as recommended by the government

4.Continue to practice safe hygiene especially washing of hands

5.Practice social distancing
