DAY 01

• Morning                    : Registration at jetty. Check Point for Boarding Pass.
• 9.30am / 10.00am    : Transfer to Redang Bay Resort 
• 12.00pm                   : Check in Resort and briefing. (Room Check In at 12.00 noon).
• 11.30pm - 1.30pm    : Lunch
• 2.00pm                     : Assemble at Snorkeling centre for 2.30pm activites
• 4.30pm                     : Activity - Snorkeling (Complimentary snorkeling)
•                                    Free and easy at own leisure
• 7.00pm - 8.30pm      : Dinner

DAY 02

• 6.00am -9.30am      : Breakfast
• 8.30am                    : Assemble at snorkeling centre for 9.00am activities
• 9.00pm                     : Deep sea vguided snorkeling (complimentary trip)
• 11.30pm - 1.30pm    : Lunch
• 2.00pm                     : Assemble at Snorkeling centre for 2.30pm activites
• 4.30pm                     : Activity - Snorkeling (Complimentary snorkeling)
•                                   Free and easy at own leisure
• 7.00pm - 8.30pm      : Dinner

DAY 03

• 6.00am - 9.30am      : Breakfast
• 9.30am                     : Room Check Out
• 7.00am / 12.00pm    : Ferry/boat to Jetty (6.45am/10.20am stand by)

Important:

• Arrival by any coach or flight after 8.30 am and returning by any coach or flight before 12.30 noon is NOT advisable.

Terms & Conditions :

• The rates above quoted based on per person per package basis.
• All guests will be required to bring their own masks and to be worn properly before and during boarding our vans, buses or boats, including during registration and check-in. Guests without a mask will be denied boarding on our vehicles or boats.
• For those take 3.00pm ferry in, will miss 1 lunch, 1 tea break & 1 snorkeling trip. There is no special discount, reduction or replacement for any service not utilized.
• Rates above excluded 6%SST.
• No amendment will be allowed after the full payment made.
• Child rates chargeable between age 4 to 11 years old (base on year)
• Infant age 0 - 3 years old charged RM85 per pax without extra mattress / bed.
• Single Supplement will be add 50% on twin sharing.
• Room based on per adult, example : 2 Adult 1 child refer twin room rate
• Quad Room maximum 4 pax only
• No amendment postpone or cancellation after payment received.
• No refund or reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears or any services not utilized.
• In the event of cancellation/no show, the deposit/full payment will be automatically forfeited.
• Myeho reserve the right to alter,modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour.
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• The management accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and based on first come first serve basis
• Check in time is 12pm; Check out time is 9.30am

****Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Redang Bay Resort) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.****

Bus ticket: 
No charge for child below 6 years old (Must share seat with parents).
Child 6 - 11 years old is charged child rate

**GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.Ensure that they are healthy

2.Bring their own mask especially for the journey on the boat and bus

3.Install the MySejahteraApp as recommended by the government

4.Continue to practice safe hygiene especially washing of hands

5.Practice social distancing
