Itinerary & Schedule :

Boat Schedule (Journey take about 45 minutes)

• Kuala Besut Jetty to Island : 9:30am / 11.00am / 2:00pm / 4:00pm
• Island to Kuala Besut Jetty : 8.00am / 12.00pm

Important:

• Any other arrangement of boat transfer out of our schedule will be charged accordingly.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour.

Terms & Conditions :

• The rates above quoted based on per person per package.
• Package rates are inclusive SST 6%
• Room based on per adult, example : 2 Adult 1 child refer twin room rate.
• All rates quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit.
• Child meal rates apply for those between the age of 4-12 years old.
• Maximum of 2 persons in a room. Superior Classic, Premier Garden and Premier Beachfront rooms can accommodate with 1 extra bed (max. 3 persons). The family Heaven can accommodate 1 extra bed or 2 extra mattresses (Max 4 persons).
• Connecting room is subject to availability
• Should any Government authority in Malaysia increase or decrease the percentage of tax collected on room and/or meals and/or service charge,the Resort reserves the right to adjust the rates within the agreed period in accordance to alterations to the prevailing government tax and service charge.
• No refund or reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears or any services not utilized.
• Price are subjected to changes without prior notice
• No amendment or cancellation after payment received.
• Any cancellation/no show,after the full pre-payment/full payment is made will no refundable.
• Myeho reserves the right to alter , amend , delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• The resort reserves the rights to alter or modify, with or without prior notice, the itineraries, sea transfer & land transfer due to adverse weather condition,technical problems to transport or circumstance beyond our control or if any part of the package provided is not utilized by the participant/s at own accord and choice;hence, there shall be no compensation paid for such said charges.
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• Transportation Arrangement(BUS/VAN/Flight/CAR):MYEHO accepts no liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services and unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. 
• Check in time is 3.00pm ; Check out time is 12.00pm.

***Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (Perhentian Island Resort ) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.***

Bus ticket: 
No charge for child below 6 years old (Must share seat with parents).
Child 6 - 11 years old is charged child rate.
