Boat schedule (Once a day only) the journey take between 45 mins to 60 mins - Speed boat :

• Merang Jetty to Island :10.00 am Only
• Island to Merang Jetty :12:00 pm Only

***Arrival by any coach or flight after 8.00 am and returning by any coach or flight before 3.45pm is NOT advisable.

***Any other arrangement of boat transfer out of our schedule will be charged accordingly.

***Boat transfer is subject to weather conditions

Terms & Conditions :

• The rates above quoted based on per person per package basis.
• All rate are subject to 8% SST
• Room based on per adult, example : 2 adult 1 child refer to twin room rate
• Children sharing same room with adults - Child rate applies
• If children not sharing with adults - two children will be charge full adult rate
• Child rates chargeable between age 4 to 11 years old (based on birth date)
• Infant age 0 - 3 years old is FOC shared bed with parents (without mattress/bed)
• The above rates subject to change without prior notice.
• Reservation is subject to availability of rooms and confirmation will be on first come first serve.
• Balance / Full payment is required one month prior to check-in date (or immediate if bookings are made less than a month)
• Any cancellation/no show, after the full pre-payment/full payment is made will not be entertained / refund.
• On weather or unforeseen operational condition , resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour without compensation.
• Myeho reserve the right to alter,modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice and without any compensation
• No refund or price reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gear or any services not utilized
• No amendment postpone or cancallation after payment received.
• The Resort excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or dealt resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
• Check in time is 12pm; Check out time is 9.30am

****Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night will imposed to all foreign tourist with effective from 01 Sept 2017. Premises owner (D'Coconut Lagoon Resort ) will collect from foreign customers upon check in.****

Electricity :

• 3 hour power cut-off (3.00pm - 6.00pm) for the off peak - Feb,March,Oct
• 24 hours electricity from April - Sept

Max persons in room -  Superior & Deluxe, 4 pax / Cabana, 3 pax / Exec Standard, 4 pax / Exec Deluxe, 4 pax / Family Room, 4-5 pax

• Please be advised that the transfer KT – Merang land transfer and Merang – Redang boat transfer is approximately 1 hour each trip.
